Asad Saji is an associate lawyer at Pavey, Law & Witteveen LLP in Cambridge, Ontario. Asad's practice areas are Commercial & Business Litigation, Employment Law, Municipal Law, Construction Law and Human Rights Litigation. Asad has litigated and advocated on behalf of clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as various administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal, Landlord and Tenant Board and Ontario Labour Relations Board. Asad also provides clients with insight and advice on the avoidance of unnecessary and expensive litigation. Asad brings a fresh, practical and common sense approach to practicing law with the goal of achieving the clients goals in a cost effective manner to resolving disputes.

Asad was born and raised in Cambridge and is happy to have returned to his hometown. Since joining the firm in the summer of 2008, Asad has become actively involved in the local community, serving as a board member for the Cambridge Greenway Chaplin Community Centre and joining the City of Cambridge Accessibility Committee.
An avid sports enthusiast, Asad keeps very active outside of work hours, running for miles and shooting hoops at the YMCA and participating in volleyball, ultimate frisbee and soccer leagues. He also enjoys traveling and has journeyed throughout Europe as well as major North American centres.
He has extensive volunteer experience with various community groups, including Cambridge Home Support, Cambridge Youth Soccer, Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo Basketball, the Can-Amera games and the Waterloo County School Board helping children with disabilities.
Asad is a member of the Shades' Mill (Cambridge) and Waterloo Law Associations, as well as the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
