Jill is an associate lawyer at Pavey, Law & Witteveen LLP in Cambridge. Jill advises clients on business and corporate matters, including incorporations and reorganizations, the purchase and sale of businesses and the preparation and drafting of agreements. She also prepares wills and powers of attorneys and conducts real estate transactions, including purchases and sales of single family dwellings, condominiums and commercial properties. Jill was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. She worked as a writer, editor and consultant for software, hardware and communications companies in Waterloo and Ottawa prior to attending law school. Jill joined the firm in 2007 after completing her articles at a firm in Waterloo. As a recent mother of twins, Jill is kept very busy on the home front but still manages to enjoy some spare time and spends it snowboarding and reading all variety of books. She enjoys traveling and is learning the joys of doing so with two small children.
Jill is a member of the Shades' Mill (Cambridge) and Waterloo Law Associations, as well as the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
