Divorce and Family Law
Family law is a specialized form of civil litigation. The rights and obligations that arise at the termination of a relationship must be resolved. If the parties are able to resolve these rights and obligations through a process of disclosure and discussion, the resolution can be documented by way of a domestic contract. If the parties are unable to resolve these rights and obligations, they can ask a court to make a decision.

The termination of a relationship can be a very difficult and emotional experience. Our clients are treated with respect and receive clear legal advice geared to resolve issues and find solutions.

Our lawyers have years of experience in dealing with all aspects of family law including:

adoption
child protection proceedings under the Child and Family Services Act
