Brian's practice focuses on
the resolution of disputed cases often involving
civil litigation. His efforts have concentrated
on commercial matters involving construction actions,
employment law, shareholder's disputes and general
commercial litigation. A portion of his practice
consists of family law cases, primarily cases
involving complex property issues. He regularly
appears in courts at all levels.
An active canoeist and YMCA
participant, Brian also finds time for community
involvement. He is the past chair of the board
of directors of the Cambridge Family YMCA and
currently serves on the National Board of the
YMCA. He has been involved Cambridge Big Brothers,
the Cambridge chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society
and the Social Planning Council of Cambridge and
North Dumfries.
