Stephen Witteveen's practice areas include Business Law, Wills and Estates and Residential and Commercial Real Estate & Mortgages.

In the area of Business Law, Stephen provides ongoing advice and assistance to private businesses and individuals in respect of incorporation, organization, amalgamations, corporate changes, shareholder arrangements, shareholder and partnership agreements, financial arrangements, business and employment contracts, commercial leases, reorganizations, business succession planning and other business matters.

In the area of Wills and Estates, Stephen provides ongoing advice and assistance to individuals and families in respect of their legal, financial and personal affairs, including Wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, trusts, business succession planning and estate administration.

In the area of Real Estate & Mortgages, Stephen provides ongoing advice and assistance to individuals, businesses and private and institutional lenders in respect of residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, mortgage transactions and commercial leases.

Stephen's volunteer and community activities have included being an active member and director in Rotary, an Elder in his church, a Deacon in his church, a member and vice-president of the Cambridge and District Humane Society Board of Directors, a member of the Redeemer University-College Research Ethics Review Committee, a member and vice-president of the Redeemer University-College Alumni Association Board of Directors and a member of the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre / Board of Advisors.
